Blueberry and Banana Smoothie

Try this super healthy and super tasty smoothie, that is sure to start your day off the right way!

Ingredients

1/2 cup blueberries

Half of a large banana

1/2 cup chopped Kale

1 Tsp Cinamon powder

1/2 Cup low/no fat greek yogurt

Protein powder (optional)

2 handfuls of ice 

mix all ingredients in a blender, enjoy
